Please Note:
A credit
card authorization and a deposit of one night or of 33% of the
full stay bill, whichever is greater, is required to confirm or
guarantee a reservation. Payment of the balance is due upon
check out. All rates are based on double occupancy.
A surcharge of $20.00 per night will apply for
each additional guest. Rates are subject to 11% Florida Sales tax. Special
rates and minimum night stays may apply according to special events or
holidays. Cancellation requests must be received in writing, at least
14 days,
(Dec.15th-May15th), and 7 days in the
off season, (May16th-Dec.14th), prior to your arrival date.
A $25.00 fee will be charged and
balanced refunded for any cancellation within
cancellation period, or changes made after
Confirmation. For your convenience, a 7% surcharge will be
applied to your total bill at checkout, which
entitles you to complimentary toll free, credit
card and local access calls, high speed wireless internet
access, in-room coffee, beach towels and
chairs. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE

Smoking is not allowed in any guest room.
If you violate our rules and smoke in the room, their will be a
$300.00 cleaning fee
accessed to cover the cost for removal of the odor from bedding
and walls and for lost revenue on the room by not being able to
rent it. Pets under 10 lbs are allowed with a
Non-Refundable pet deposit fee of $100.00. |
